This wanna b wants to play with the big boys and will do anything to be one. I was in a wreck where someone drifted over in my lane and sideswiped me. 8/30/23 he was hired that same day. With promises that whenever I call for him he would always call me back in the almost two years this man or his of...fice called back. I was told they would be going for 250,000. I told them don't sign anything until I get an offer they will pay my medical bills, then in dec .they called me and told me Arin signed a offer for 100,000 I told them I didn't want that offer the told me I had to sign this offer or I wouldn't see any monies at all. Never did Arin call me to ask about the offer he took it upon himself to have signed the lower offer. A lady called me and said it would be 3-4 weeks till I see any money. Here it is May 5th so the 6 months is not. 3-4 weeks He sent me to a doctor 50 miles away from my house that gave me 3 eperdurial shots, at a 70'000.00 28,000 a shot. DO not hire this man he thrives on the little guy who was involved in a accident but had 6 months of therapy every day. Arin is an Ambulance Chaser, he has no Court Room experience! I had to personally negotiate the final deal because Arin didn't know how to communicate with the Defendants Attorney! Arin then thanked me for showing him how to Negotiate a deal over the phone...he was so happy that he only charged me an...other 5% for making that phone call? My wife and I were hit by a UPS Big Rig and Trailer on the freeway at 70 MPH, we did a complete 360 spin on the freeway totaling our car. CHP decided that it was 100% the Truck Drivers fault! Arin mentioned several times how he got our car repaired and that he got us a rental car, even though my insurance paid for the rental (30 Days) and repaired my car (4 Months). Arin tried to persuade us to both have neck surgery....we said no as there was nothing wrong with our necks! I am sorry for rambling on but as you can probably tell We are still upset by this so-called attorney. Too sum it up, this Attorney Representation took 2 YEARS, cost us a 45 % Commission, even though our agreement was 30% and I was never notified of any Commission changes! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I was in a car accident last year and it totaled my only car and disrupted my life completely. The other guy was 100% at fault so I contacted this lawyer after reading a bunch of positive reviews. After a year or so, I saw a few doctors and did everything these guy told me to do. I was eventually awa...rded 25K, so I was excited to have some compensation for the hell that I was put thru. In the end, these lawyers got more of the award than I got. Over the entire process, I was never updated on my case unless I reached out, I never felt important, and in the end, I do not feel I was given all the information. I will never hire a lawyer after this experience.

I got in a car accident July 16th 2012. i got in touch with the law firm a month or two after the accident. Me being in the military my case took longer than normal becasue of dealing with all the red tape associated with the privacy laws of military medical records and biling. this lawyer got throug...h all the red tape and refused several offers that were lower than the requested amount. today i recieved an email that i was granted the full amount! it was well worth the wait! the lwa firm helped recieve MRI's and other medical needs that the military wouldnt give me becasue of the type of injury i sustained. thank you very much! this lawyer is very good and is well recommended!

Arin no doubt is the best at what he does. He helped my father with his case and was from the gecko dedicated, caring, knowledgeable and empathetic. My father does not speak English, though he can understand it. Arin always made sure there was a translator. Arin and his staff made sure my dad comple...tely understood everything that was happening and was going to happen before he left his office. Arin is great at keeping his clients informed. The times I couldn't attend the meetings with him and my father, by the end of the day, I would receive an email with the details of the events, plans and progress of his case. Arin, is definitely an attorney we would recommend. Don't let his young looks fool you, he's professional, dedicated, aggressive, knowledgeable and caring attorney who puts his clients first!!
