Trust the process
I have trust issues. I like to control my life. So when Arthur told me to trust him, I had issues. But, he was right. My worrying was pointless. He handled everything and got my ticket dismissed. I don't know what he is doing, but he is doing it right.

Straight forward, no traffic ticket!
I was able to get my CHP speeding ticket waived thanks to Artur. He handled everything for me, and I didn’t have to do much on my end besides provide the usual required information. I would recommend working with him to others.

Dismissed!!
Got my failure to stop at a stop sign ticket dismissed completely!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!! Responded back to questions when had them. Grateful to have been paired with him through Off The Record!!!
