​My case was in really bad shape, the other party secretly filed for sole everything! without my knowledge, then lived with me for 2 years and never mentioned a thing. When we split they claimed to the courts I was never involved in my childs' life and never responded to the paternity papers. They us...ed every dirty trick you can think of, I had back to back Temporary Restraining Orders being thrown at me, at the same time finding out about another request in our case.
