Artak Barsegyan

Art Barsegyan serves as an associate attorney at Pansky Markle Attorneys at Law, where he has been a valuable team member since 2012. His legal practice centers on legal ethics compliance, state bar disciplinary defense, attorney admissions, and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Barsegyan is an active participant in the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL), and the Association of Discipline Defense Counsel (ADDC), where he held various leadership roles, including President in 2021. He also contributed to the State Bar of California’s Bench-Bar Committee from 2018 to 2020. A sought-after speaker, he frequently presents on legal ethics topics at MCLE events. Mr. Barsegyan graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2007 and obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2011, where he excelled academically and held leadership positions. His experience includes clerking for the State Bar of California and providing legal assistance to underprivileged clients. As a dedicated alumnus, he actively mentors law students through Loyola's Alumni Mentor Program and is licensed to practice in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California.
