I had 2come home 2help save my Mother w/Cancer. I ws her chosen Executor &Power of Attorney. My Mother always thought she ws healthy & hd a good 20 yrs 2 write her Will. She promised me before I left tht she had done her Will before I got on th plane. My Sister hs been abusive all my life 2me & my Mo...ther. She drained my Mother financially for th past 20 yrs refusing 2get a job & making Mother pay all bills 4 her & her illegitimate Son. U C th money ws loaned w/th promise 2pay it th debt back. It ws needed 4this time in hr life when sh was old & needed health aid 2survive. Also since I wld nt borrow money frm my Mother because she spent so much time energy &money helping others, including my Grandmother, that money ws 2go back into th Estate. This way there would b plenty of money 2cover Estate $ & I would b compensated 2get back on my feet after all th work . I NEVER expected it would b dragged out 5 yrs! I couldn’t leave since I hd used all my savings money I ws going 2start a business w/4 my Mom who promised 2pay back whatever I put out, but thn on her death bed could not write a check. Even after all we did 2keep my Sister off th street all of those years, she was cruel enough 2hv ME live on th street 4at least a yr of th time. I had 2buy an additional car w/my part of th Estate money 2lug around junk 2get gotten rid of, Estate paperwork &then finely 2live in. All th while my favorite car sat rotting in th asI left it running 2help frm th sobs Mom left 4me calling on th phone, abandoned. Mom ws going 2hv me relocate 2help her & let me stay there as I finished college finely after 30yrs of working on my degree. Instead I had 2live in a non ticketing parking & use public bathrooms. It ws humiliating after all I hd done & even a fiancé that died & I got taken 4all he tried 2leave me too which again my Sister hd a hand in tht being taken away too. Meaglia letting this case run forever slit th chances of me that2. But that’s another story. I hd a dog, which was prescribed 2me which getting a job hard. I couldn’t keep hr living in th hot California sun. When I ws in th house I couldn’t work my Sister would attack me in th driveway as I left. My Sister lived only 5 houses away 2collect money. Even expecting me 2pay her bills once Mom passed. Meaglia said he did nt know how 2 get her out of th house if she took it over &advised me 2 stay, claiming evry time I asked tht it would “only b 2 weeks more” until things were finalized, for 5 years! Laurel Livezey my Sister couldn’t b trusted 2 fairly handle th Estate if I left. It was a nightmare! Worse though ws Richard Meaglia hired 4help, who worked more 4my Sister’s than 4me. It’s awful when U reach out 4help &find that person letting U drop in2 doom. My poor Mother experienced this as she was left 2die. U C even though I ws there 2save her, my Sister claimed I ws trying 2steal my Mother’s identity. & I ws thrown in jail 4trespassing. OMG! She would not honestly let them know I was th Power of Attorney trying 2find th paperwork through all th hording Mom had in th house. My Sister & especially her Son threatened my life everyday I worked there since she knew it was time 2pay back th Estate & did everything possible 2make me look bad than 2pay a cent of what she owed. I had 2pay ALL th bills that came 2th Estate out of MY portion of money from th Estate. Richard Meaglia did NOTHING 2help th situation. He should hv been dragging HER in2 court 4neglect & abandonment 2my Mother & physically attacking me as I put all my work in 2this dreadful job. It cost me a ton of $$. So was Richard Meaglia, 4 no help. My car ws a wreck when I returned 2my old home state & my career tanked completely after all tht time. What would hv been 1½ years 2complete my degree in my career turned in 2another 6ahead of me 2catch up again. On top of it even though I fired Mr. Meaglia many times he still showed up 2court when he felt like it, cancelled
