The plaintiffs sued my clients Mark and Kathleen Verrone for hundreds of thousands of dollars. My clients had undertaken a major engineering project (under the oversight of the New York Department of E ... nvironmental Conservation) on their property to prevent massive erosion caused by Lake Ontario. The plaintiffs alleged that the construction diverted water onto their land, causing major damage to their property. I was able to prove to the court that the case had no merit, and it was dismissed. The plaintiffs appealed, and the dismissal was upheld.
