John Byron Buda

The goal of Buda Law Group is to help people improve their lives in this great land of opportunity, the United States of America.  The Buda Law Group was formed to help clients in the difficult, often confusing area of U.S. Immigration Law.  We know firsthand how legal status in the United States aids and benefits an individual’s life and work status.

Mr. Buda has many years of experience in Immigration Law. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and a Masters of Arts in International Business from George Washington University in Washington DC. His California Bar license allows him to practice in all California Courts, and the United States District Federal Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Buda is a member of The California State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Los Angeles County Bar Association, and The Foreign Trade Association of Southern California.

In addition to Immigration Law, Mr. Buda has years of experience in International Business. He is a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala and an English Teacher in South Korea. Before law school, he was a sales manager at an international shipping company. His law practice has benefited tremendously from his unique international experiences.
