Mr. Mohajer was referred to us by a friend whom she had previously hired him to represent them in a landlord-tenant problems. A few months later, we are now facing landlord-tenant problems of our own. Interpretation of the law to a lay person can be very subjective and we are not well versed. We explained our facts and he pointed out that things that would be in our favor if we had to go to trial. Under the law the rental contract we have in place is solid and explicit. He was extremely patience, knowledgeable and offered a few suggestion on how to proceed with our problem. I would hire him without a doubt to represent us if the need arises.
