This attorney collect fees and doesn't do the job.
I was working a loan modification with USA FINANCIAL and they referred me with her to file a motion for bankruptcy court approval. She charged me $450 and that was the last I heard from her. My bank just notified me that my loan modification will be voided because they never received the needed paper...
