OUTCOME: A multi million dollar settlement was reached shortly before trial against Sandals. The US District Court's Order limiting our client's biological father's share of the recovery was affirmed by 3d Circuit Court of Appeals

A combined wrongful death and survivor action brought against Sandals Resorts for the catastrophic injuries and subsequent death of an Erie, Pa man at a resort in Jamaica. The resort installed a water ... trampoline in shallow water against the manufacturer's explicit instructions. Our 26 year old client fell off of the trampoline and was rendered quadriplegic for the remaining eight months of his life when he struck his head on the sea floor.
