Biography
Long Beach criminal defense attorney, Matthew Kaestner, brings over 32 years of criminal law experience to the defense of every criminal case. He is certified as a criminal law specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. In 2018 he is one of only three attorneys with offices in Long Beach who are certified as criminal law specialists. Mr. Kaestner has been a featured speaker before the Los Angeles County Bar Association's ICDA 2013 seminar. He was recently recogized on the National Registry of Exonerations for his work freeing a man wrongfully convicted by a Long Beach jury of murder. He has extensive experience and is expert in all areas of criminal law defense from misdemeanor cases to capital murder.

Excellent Long Beach Defense Attorney
I was charged with battery and vandalism. The charges were bogus, but the DA would not drop them.
