Robert Maurice Stone

I was named Co-Executor and Co-Trustee for my uncle's Estate and Trust. This was unusually difficult for several reasons: 1. I had to work with, compromise and make decisions with a person that was a complete stranger to me ... the other executor and trustee 2. The estate was worth millions o...f dollars 3. There was a total of 23 beneficiaries and heirs... 4 of which lived in another country outside of the United States 4. The estate had to go through Probate I agreed to hire Attorney Robert Stone. I was somewhat hesitant about this because I had never worked with Mr. Stone but my Co-Executor knew him well and wanted us to hire him. As it turned out, Robert Stone was excellent. Mr. Stone was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Probate. He was always available when I called him with questions; returning my calls in a very timely manner. He was always patient with me. Always friendly. Although co-administering the estate and trust was highly stressful at times, Robert Stone was very easy to work with. When we needed help from other professionals (like an accountant for example) Mr. Stone recommended persons who were super competent and also easy to work with. When there were disagreements between myself and the other Co-Executor, Mr. Stone listened to and helped us work through the problems to get to a compromise. I am happy to highly recommend Attorney Robert Stone: he is an excellent Probate attorney!
