I believe You can obtain a new motion date and serve the opposing party with notice of the new date. You can always re file a new motion and re-serve

you can file an amended complaint. There is also a form to correct the spelling of a name. and you can always Doe in additional defendants.

maybe. if you filed an opposition and defendant filed a reply, you can attempt to file a rejoinder. You can always attempt to file new pleadings...

It appears the statute of limitations is long gone. You should consult with an attorney and consider filing a demurrer or judgment on the pleadings.
