Everyome is great. I had my consultation with Jenny, she was caring and understanding, she listen to my concerns, always acknowledged me when I was in the office .. she is a caring attorney. I do have the say I at least interviewed at least 6 attorney's. There was something about Jenny that ...made me feel I was in good hands and they will do everything to help me. My attorney was Martha .. she is awesome! Very nice, understanding and made me feel at ease everytime we had a court date, most important she was prepared for every trail. Then I had SUSAN., she coordinated with Martha and Jenny regarding my trails..Susan has been "Awesome!" She was on top of getting my message to Martha and having my file ready for Martha. She has been wonderful even when I had my stressful and tuff times, she will tell me everything looked good... the judges are not dumb !!! I would leave the office feeling at ease, I left the office feeling again .. I'm in great hands, they had everything under control! They all are efficient.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM! I came in as a referral from a friend. She came well recommended. The first time I spoke to her I was a single parent and 8 months pregnant with my 2nd child. She was very compassionate and understanding of my situation. She was patient in explaining the process to me as I was under a lot of stre...ss and needed things repeated. On the date of the court hearing, we were faced with an extra burden that we had not anticipated. Although she didn’t show up for the case (as we all thought, this would be fast) the other attorney she sent was also very patient. We ended up having to drive to Los Angeles from Long Beach because my ex wouldn’t agree to being heard by a Commissioner. On our way to the court, my ex called Ms. Larossa’s office stating he’d be dropping the case against me. The Attorney from her office had my best interest at heart and told me that even though this would be a huge inconvenience we need to be present before a judge to ensure the case goes through. We arrived in Los Angeles and waited to be seen by a judge. We finally got a hold of a judge that day at around 4pm. Furthermore, I still continue to attend several court hearings dealing with both of my cases. Her office has gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide services for my family and I. I have found this office to be sincerely caring of their clients, professional and undoubtedly will recommend (and have recommended) Ms. Larossa to my family and friends.
