Jill Annette Brousard

We were horribly disappointed in Ms. Brousard's performance. At our initial consult, she appeared to be an attorney knowledgeable in her field and highly motivated to serve us as clients. Such was not the case. We did not feel she represented us adequately, did not fight for our point of view ...or wishes, often folding to the opposing attorney's wishes easily. Our greatest area of concern for this attorney was in her lack of communication skills, and her failure to follow up on things. Often times, weeks would go by without us hearing from her. When prompted with an email or a phone call from us, she still failed to motivate. We heard a lot of apologies, a lot of excuses, but not much action. In addition, there were several clauses in our contract with this attorney that she failed to abide by. In no way would we recommend this attorney to anyone.
