We represent both corporate and individual clients in all areas of Immigration Law, with over 20 years of experience. We have expertise in the representation of clients processing at US Consulates worldwide, and in the preparation of Adjustment of Status Applications here int he United States. We specialize in I-601A Provisional Waivers of Inadmissibility. We also have worked extensively with hospitals and healthcare workers for permanent residency, with professionals for H-1B visas, with musicians, religious workers, and entrepreneur investors and employees of trading companies. Recently, we have been preparing a large amount of applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). We also prepare VAWA Petitions and U Nonimmigrant Status Applications.
