My husband and I (finally) got our Will and Trust set up by Kaitlin. We had been wanting to do it for so long. I met her at Chamber and Networking events around the area. I told her I wanted to get it done, we exchanged info and never once did she bombard me with emails and messages. When we finally ...got around to doing it she was just AMAZING! We met with her, she explained everything in a way that we totally "got" it. She gave us reasons why things are done a certain way - or not - and made us feel so comfortable. We set up our plan and she said she would have everything ready in a couple of weeks-which she did! We went to sign and she had it all laid out perfectly, again explaining everything along the way. I highly recommend her for any estate planning, wills or guardianship needs you have. She is so professional, knows her stuff inside and out and makes it easy!

I worked with Kaitlin after my husband passed away. Basically, everything needed to be done or redone--our trust, my will, advanced health directive, changing titles on property and assets. It was a daunting task that Kaitlin helped simplify and break into manageable pieces. It doesn't happen overnig...ht! But within a few months, every single document and asset was either updated, notarized, legal, filed, and retitled, or it was in the process of being done. I was happy to work with a bright, young attorney like Kaitlin. She offered great counsel from a current legal perspective to protect my estate now and after I pass, as well as from the perspective of how my wishes might impact my executor and my young beneficiaries. It's a process I'm glad I'm finally finished with, though I intend to review from time to time with her good counsel. Kaitlin's services were good value for my peace of mind.
