Roxana Amiri is truly the best Immigration Attorney around. Being referred to various attorney’s from various family/friends I was starting to get skeptical. One family member who worked with Mrs. Amiri for her Green Card told me to call her. So I did. My case was a bit different from my family membe...r, I wanted to bring my Fiancé from Iran to live with me in the U.S. I am U.S. Born citizen and my Fiancé is an Iranian Native. Most of you know well without a waiver kiss your visa chances goodbye. Well my first call with Mrs. Amiri was reassuring that it is still possible to bring over a significant other during these hard times. She put me at ease and assisted me with my case and submitted a waiver letter on my behalf. Mrs. Amiri is very thorough and diligent attorney accomplish a successful case.
