He brings a deep legal backround to the counsel table such as former prosecutor and defense attorney with extensive trial experience.
His distinquished legal career includes work in the California Supreme Court and the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Robert graduated with honors from the University of Southern California, and earned his juris doctorate degree from the reputable Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He has received extensive media coverage in a high profile case in which his "deft" and swift action on behalf of his client affected the outcome of the case. The State Bar of California has featured him as a webinar instructor for family law attorneys and civil litigators statewide.
Robert has also been a leader in his community. A founding member of a South Orange County municipality, his extraordinary contributions were recognized by the naming of a youth athletic park in his honor.

Replied last July 07, 2024The actual court record shows that our office did appear in the only court hearing date held during the course of our representation two years ago. The problem arose when you failed to appear even remotely from out of state, and your request for temporary spousal support was taken off calendar. We immediately re-filed, and the clerk assigned a date which conflicted with Attorney Curtis's vacation. Rather than continue it again, you were asked to retain new counsel who could make that appearance, and you were given a substantial refund to enable you to do so. We again apologize for the scheduling problem but transferring your case was the best option for avoiding another continuance. We hope this information helps you remember that you failed to appear, and you were given a refund to enable you to retain new counsel quickly.
