Kristin Trutanich is a trial attorney with over 18 years of litigation experience. Prior to joining Gilligan, Frisco & Trutanich, Ms. Trutanich was a Deputy District Attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, she tried over 70 jury trials involving domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, gang violence and murder. At the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, she was assigned to the Victim Impact Program (VIP) where she prosecuted sexual assault cases, crimes against children and domestic violence murders. She was also assigned to the Hardcore Gang Division (HGD), where she was responsible for vertically prosecuting gang murders and attempted murders.
