I hired Ms. Mercado to start the process of my family petition i-130 for my wife abroad. She has been very professional thru the process and i am very satisfied with the work she has done. I also think her assistance Ronald is also very profesional, he answered every question i've had so far and it's... always available for any concerns or questions that i've had. I have been very satisfied with the work they have done for me, even though my case is barely starting i have confidence in Ms Mercado and Ronald that they will follow thru until we can get a aproval from USCIS. Ami en lo personal esta abogada cobro el dinero completo de mi caso de migracion . Y el permiso de trabjo y nunca lo metio . Lo que iso fue engañarme asegurando que mi caso podia ser ganado y cuando vio que no podia . Mando una peticion al juez diciendo que ella ya no podia ser mas mi abogada porq s...egun por el idioma no supo entenderse con migo . Y nada mas me rrobo el dinero y no iso nada le pague el permiso de trabjo y tampoco lo metio . Y eso lo supe yo . Por que me toco acudir a otro abogado a pagar de nuevo . No la recomiendo es muy mala abogada en mi caso aya usted si ce arriesga en contratarla . Por que lo mismo iso con mis tios y fue mucha mas cantidad de dinero que agarro .

Ms. Mercado, has been unresponsive and canceled our case without notification, using false information. Ms. Mercado is very quick to make a payment plan and collect the money, but does not follow thru. We paid her a lot of money, (about 15K) to get my husband's green card. She did the first proces...s, but failed to follow thru with the second process. She offered to help, but suddenly she stopped and will not answer calls, text messages, or emails. She did the same with our niece. She collected $7k from my niece and never did any work for her, she closed her case without even letting her know. She may be professional and communicative, but does not have immigration experience or knowledge. Esta abogada le gusta colectar el dinero muy rapido pero no hace el trabajo que debe hacer. A mi familia le ah causado mucho estres y mejores oportunidades de trabajo por no hacer bien su trabajo. Puede ser profesional, comunicativa y organizada, pero no tiene experiencia de migracion. She also lied to the Better Business Bureau - about my husband's case. She is claiming that she returned the money and the file, and she has not, she is also lying about her office receiving information, which caused the conflict of interest and that is the reason she just canceled our case.
