Biography
In 1993 Mr. Moriel founded the Law Offices of David D. Moriel, APC with the vision of providing high quality representation combined with state of the art technology to achieve client objectives.
Mr. Moriel’s practice focuses on trust and probate estate litigation where heirs or other interested parties challenge the validity of a trust or will, prosecution of claims to estate assets, and creditor’s claims against a decedent’s estate for unpaid debts or liabilities.
Mr. Moriel lived in both Spain and Italy where he cultivated relationships that led to his representation of clients with cross national issues between California and Latin America and European jurisdictions.
Mr. Moriel has presided as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

He got me through my mother's probate
I hired Mr. Moriel to probate my mother’s house that was in foreclosure. We worked quickly to get me appointed administrator, fight off the foreclosure, and sell the house. He closed the estate, we got our inheritance and we all moved on with our lives. I would hire him again.
