Colleen M. Pratt

Over the past 19 years, Ms. Pratt’s focus has been workers’ compensation and personal injury. She is known for her compassion for clients and aggressive advocacy on their behalf. Her sensitivity, optimism, work ethic, and dedication to her clients have resulted in a high rate of client satisfaction and excellent case results.

Ms. Pratt has handled thousands of cases and her accomplishments in California run from the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and California Superior Court to the California Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of California. She has also successfully litigated cases outside of California before the United States District Court, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, Wyoming Supreme Court, and North Dakota Supreme Court. Her watchword always has been and will continue to be: Commitment.

On a personal note, Ms. Pratt was born and raised in Southern California and is an alumnus of Western State University College of Law where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While at Western she was proud to be a member of the Women’s Law Association, received nine American Jurisprudence awards, and was an editor of Law Review. When not practicing law, Ms. Pratt enjoys snowboarding, motorcycle riding, reading, and playing with her dogs.
