Anna Christine Batanero

My father has been retired for more than five years and he failed to resolve his worker's compensation case. He is the kind of person who will ignore taking care of a situation if he does not know how to resolve it. This is why I always have to take those situations in my own hands so he does not suf...fer the consequences. Long story short, I did not know where to turn when he received legal paperwork in the mail regarding his case. I searched online and found the Law Offices of Cantrell Green. They were very polite on the phone and I had a free consultation scheduled within a week. My father and I arrived to the consultation and met with workers compensation attorney, Anna Batanero. Ms Batanero was very kind and very patient with my father, which I know can be painful sometimes. I understand my father's case more than he does and I was very pleased with the way she asked him specific questions which got him to the point very quickly. Ms. Batanero spent a significant time with us ensuring she understood his case. She went through his paperwork and noted the areas that needed to be addressed. She provided us great advise on steps to take in order to resolve the case correctly. She was very impressive and had legal resources readily available to show us. After the consultation, I realized she spent all that time with us knowing she would not be compensated as the case did not require her to represent us. We left her office, she walked us out and said "thanks for taking care of your dad." I replied "thanks for helping my dad." I felt compelled to at least express what a great person she was and how she spent time out of her day to help someone and not expect anything in return. This is hard to come by in today's word. I enjoy helping others and have a career which allows me to do so. I'm glad there are still some people like Anna out there paying it forward.
