Paul Horn is an amazing attorney that goes above and beyond for his clients. I needed an estate planning attorney to do a Trust immediately as I was going in for unexpected surgery. Paul Horn did an amazing job and made sure I had it within a few days, (before my surgery) and did not charge me extr...a for the "rush" job. He honestly cares about his clients and he is "over the top" professional! Down to the black and gold bound binder for the Trust and highly professional paper (which lawyers just don't use anymore). He will spend as much time as needed with you to answer all your questions and you will never feel rushed. His office is very professional too and Sergio was very caring and professional as well. I highly recommend attorney Paul Horn and his highly professional staff!

We look him up from Internet and saw that he's look knowledgable because he teaches one classes and siminars. I had a consultation and be very specific of why we need to file bankruptcy. My case was just some credit Cards and some judgement. He assured that it's fine he could do it and charge super... high price. I had been shopping for several attorneys but most of them honestly said of not sure . So, I decided to go with this guy ( Paul Horn). He said he preferred the payment in cash so I did paid cash. Then I fogot to ask for receipt . I kept email and text him so many times but no answer but I would not give up then I got my receipt. Time went by as I awaiting for the finalize of the bankruptcy case. I got a phone call from him saying there s a problem and he had no time to continue to solve the case . He tried to referred to his attorney friend and said his friend is very good. I Called his friend and was ask $10,000 for a retainer because he said the case s very complex and difficult . I swear I will not be fooled second time around !! I really did some research and came up with another Bankruptcy attorney . Meanwhile, this guy (Paul Horn) kept calling me and try to convince me to hire his friend. I realized they work as a team . Finally, I had decided to go with another attorney whom I told all stories of Paul Horn. She was very sympathy of me and charge only a small fees . My case was solved easily by the lady attorney. I regret hiring this guy ( Paul Horn) and while I was in early stage with Paul Horn , I had referred a friend and we both had the same problem. There's no reveiw or a true one written for this attorney ( Paul Horn). I determined to write this reveiw for the sake of others who looking for an generous and honest attorney . When someone had failed in their life and they are at the bottom of their life . Then we need to file bankruptcy. However , for some attorney who is heartless and take advantage of us when we already failed. I was emotional distort , lost a lot of hairs and sick in my stomach every single day . I wrote this review with so much tears !! Please don't be fool by his title ( attorney & CPA) and his words. This guy ( Paul Horn) need to go back to Lawschool and take an Ethic class all over again . There are lots of good attorneys out there. Please do serious research and why even take a chance with this guy ( Paul Horn) !!!
