Client was in jail facing extradition to California from Arizona for a California arrest warrant in the amount of $100,000.00 for five felony grand theft charges. Mr. Kita went to court on Novembe ... r 18, 2009 to address the case before Long Beach Superior Court Arthur Jean in Department J even though the client was not in California yet. The matter was put over to November 20, 2009 where Mr. Kita was able to get the arrest warrant recalled and get the case dismissed. Client was extremely happy of the swift and successful results obtained by Mr. Kita.
