Biography
Stan Denis graduated from the University of Southern California with a joint JD-MBA degree and has specialized his practice exclusively in the areas of real estate and business litigation and dispute resolution for over 30 years.
Prior to forming his own firm in 1993, he was an associate and the chief litigator with the leading real estate law firm in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, followed by a partnership with another prominent real estate law firm in the area.
Over the years, Stan has taught and lectured on real estate issues to other attorneys at CEB seminars for California Continuing Education of the Bar, to real estate brokers and salespeople, and at El Camino College.
Since 1992 Stan has received the highest A-V® preeminent rating from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell®.
