Marcy Jane Tiffany

I retained Marcy 5 years ago and the only regret I have is not doing it sooner. She has changed our lives for the better. The school dist. has us backed in a corner. We have been working with Ms. Tiffany for several years now. We were faced with a due process lawsuit that the district had filed against us over placement. We knew we needed strong representation. We had gotten tired of useless, bank account sucking, IEP meetings with a very high profile lawyer in the OC area before we were referred to Marcy Tiffany. Marcy Tiffany has been our attorney since 2006 and we have been extremely happy with her. Marcy Tiffany is absolutely one of the most responsive, smart, excellent attorneys I have ever worked with.
