Kyle Z. Varga

Mr. Varga has a wide array of experience ranging from in-house counsel to civil litigation:

Advisor: Mr. Varga currently serves as the legal advisor for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) of Solano County.  At the SBDC he assists local business with the numerous legal challenges and logistical problems that startups and existing businesses face.  He also advises the Benicia Community Garden regarding various community outreach programs, in addition to maintaining a beautiful garden on their premises.

In-House Counsel: Mr. Varga has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and revising various corporate contracts and documents, including but not limited to: employment contracts, licensing agreements, marketing agreements, intellectual property registration, cease and desist letters, non-disclosure agreements, internal policies and procedures, and advising management and directors regarding strategic business decisions.

Auditor: Mr. Varga worked as an auditor on the Independent Foreclosure Review Project which focused on the 2008 foreclosure crises and the actions taken by the leading financial institution.  While working on the project he examined foreclosures and investigated if the institution complied with state and federal regulations.  He was trained as a subject matter expert in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy proceedings in all 50 states.

Civil Litigation: Mr. Varga also has experience with various civil matters.  He has represented an array of clients in the greater Bay Area.  He has managed numerous cases from filing and discovery through motion work and trial.  He is fully aware of the the high toll of litigation, both financial cost and emotional stress.
