Trust Claim Against Prior Trustee

The prior Trustee of a family Trust misappropriated Trust funds to purchase three real properties in another state in his individual name. In representing the Successor Trustee, I filed a Probate Code ... 850 petition to request that the Court order title to the three real properties be transferred to the Trust. The actions included recording a lis pendens on the properties in another state to prevent them being sold or encumbered, and negotiating a settlement to get the properties transferred promptly to the Trust.
