Timothy Lloyd Salazar

       I have been a practicing attorney and labor & employment consultant for over 25 years.  I began my career in Albuquerque, New Mexico  where I represented employers in state and federal court litigation.  In addition to trial work, I was introduced to "pure labor" relations where I regularly represented employers in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance/arbitration matters and administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies including the National Labor Relations Board. 

       I returned to California in 1997 where I continue to represent employers of all sizes in virtually every type of industry including: utilities, banking, retail, trucking, healthcare, professional services, hospitality, and law enforcement.  I serve as outside General Counsel to many of my clients where I assist with corporate governance, monitoring of litigation and risk management in addition to labor & employment matters.  

       I frequently speak on labor & employment developments for various organizations and I enjoy providing workplace training in areas such as: AB 1825 (Workplace Harassment); Effective Discipline; and, Employment Audits.
