Robert Evan Wasserman

I am a California trademark and intellectual property attorney and the principal of Robert E. Wasserman Law Offices. I help entrepreneurs, businesses, e-commerce sellers, creators, and brand owners protect and develop their intellectual property.

My practice focuses on trademark clearance, USPTO applications, Office Action responses, Statements of Use, renewals, and representation in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board opposition and cancellation proceedings. I also assist clients with copyright registrations, brand-protection matters, demand letters, and intellectual property agreements.

Clients work directly with me throughout their matters. I strive to provide practical and candid advice, explain the available options and anticipated costs clearly, and develop a strategy suited to each client’s business objectives and risk tolerance. Whether a client is selecting a new trademark, responding to a USPTO refusal, or facing a TTAB proceeding, my goal is to make the process understandable and help the client make informed decisions efficiently.
