Paul Raymond Shankman

We hired Paul as our attorney for a simple transaction. He failed to follow through, made amateur mistakes that were unbelievable and unacceptable, and delayed the process due to multiple family emergencies. Now in retrospect I question if this was a way to increase billing? This was an easy and... straight forward simple legal transaction that Paul could not get the simplest tasks completed accurately. His partner, Jim Hinds, does not make these errors, but Jim is not practicing at the level that he used to and as a result Jim is not providing the mentorship, direction and supervision that Paul so dearly needs. Jim is the big picture guy and Paul is the soldier. The clients are paying the ultimate price with poor representation and high legal fees that maybe questionable. I do not write this review with great comfort, but feel that I have a responsibility to provide the information. If there are others who have experienced similar outcomes I encourage you to do the same and disclose your experience for the benefit of the legal consumer community.
