Michelle Mathes and Robert Ernenwein are unmatched in their knowledge and prowess over the legal system. While I interacted with both attorneys, I was represented primarily by Michelle. She was a pleasure to work with and was responsive and helpful in explaining issues and translating legal jargon i...nto layman's terms. She is professional, reliable, and goes beyond the extra mile to get the job done. It is clear that both Michelle and Robert care about the clients that they represent, and it shows in their attitudes and the results that they produce. All of the people at Ernenwein & Mathes that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. When it came to scheduling and general questions, Nick was attentive, friendly, and even took the time to respond to my concerns when on vacation in Germany. My DUI case was dismissed and my record sealed through diversion that they succeeded in getting granted.

I originally reached out in order to clear a warrant I was unaware I had put of state. I am in Texas and was not able to appear on my own behalf. I had concerns due to the fact I was to appear before the nursing board and needed everything cleared up asap. Michelle Mathes contacted me immediately and... explained the process and everything they were able to do for me. Within a a few short weeks Michelle was not only able to clear my warrant but got ALL my previous old cases expunged. I never felt out of the loop because of how often the office reached out to let me know every detail of the case. I was concern at first because I was out of state, but Michelle made it so easy and the entire experience was stress free and definitely exceeded expectations.
