Biography
Yan Goldshteyn, the Principal Attorney, holds a favorable standing with the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, as well as the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Mr. Goldshteyn obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law. Following his formal education, he gained extensive legal experience at prominent downtown and boutique law firms, focusing on drafting and negotiating contracts, advocating for immigrant rights, defending corporations and their executives, handling SEC enforcement proceedings, resolving Intellectual Property disputes, managing insurance claims, and litigating mergers and acquisitions.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Yan actively engages in pro bono and volunteer services, contributing significantly to the community. He serves as the Treasurer on the Barristers’ Board of Governors for the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where he has organized and moderated a series of continuing legal education programs. Additionally, he has provided consultation to troubled clients at the Roxbury Park Legal Clinic, volunteered at the Samoshel Homeless Shelter in Beverly Hills, and taught elementary school children about tolerance through education. Mr. Goldshteyn has also supported Public Counsel’s Consumer Law Project, championing justice for indigent victims of consumer fraud and abuse.
