Michael Evan Schwimer

I was involved in a scooter vs. car accident in May of 2017. I was on my scooter and there was a collision with a sedan on a city street where I live in Los Angeles. I found out a few days later that my AC joint was sprained because of the impact of the collision. The day of and half of the day a...fter the accident I was in sort of like a shock state. I had never been in an auto accident before and I was thankful that I wasn't more severely injured. At the same time, I had a pain in my shoulder that I knew wasn't going to just go away on its own. I was referred to Schwimer and Weinstein because my case involved "soft tissue" injuries. I spoke with them on the phone and they agreed to represent me in my case. Immediately, they set up appointments for me with specialists to figure out exactly what kind of damage my shoulder had sustained. After I saw the specialists I was referred to physical therapy. Schwimer and Weinstein found a physical therapy office 2 blocks from my house and got everything in order to begin treatment. During and after my physical therapy my case started to develop. Schwimer and Weinstein spoke with the other drivers insurance company and handled all the paperwork. I would get updates every couple weeks about my case and sometimes I would get news that seemed like it was bad, but I was always assured that they believed in my case and that the outcome would be good. Whenever I had any questions I could call or email the office and they would answer my questions until I understood. I was never rushed off the phone and they always took their time to go over anything I wanted to. That was really great because the legal system takes weeks and months to move and I would get anxious about everything. Overall I am truly satisfied with the outcome of my case and the amount of work Schwimer and Weinstein put in for me!
