Arthur Gerard Lesmez

Arthur G. Lesmez is a graduate of Syracuse University in New York and California Western School of Law in San Diego.  An attorney in California since 1985, Mr. Lesmez spent 13 years defending large corporations, insurance company clients and municipalities in serious injury, medical malpractice, products and premises liability matters. In 1997, Mr. Lesmez started his own practice The Law Offices of Arthur G. Lesmez.

For the Defense:  Mr. Lesmez has defended governmental, business and individual entities in injury and premises liability matters.  He has successfully defended numerous clients at trial.  In one case, the plaintiff appealed the decision all tahe way to the United States Supreme Court, which denied review.  Mr. Lesmez’s client prevailed.

For the Plaintiff:  An extremely strong negotiator, Mr. Lesmez has made hundreds of clients happy with his ability to negotiate settlements from thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars, without the need for a costly trial.  Mr. Lesmez has also tried numerous cases, securing million and multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients.
