If you get Rebecca Mocciaro as a temporary judge in court, run for your life, especially if your a landlord. Unfair, rude and bitchy. Had her for my hearing, got some interpreter from the halls of the court who didnt speak or interpret properly, Hon. Mocciaro let the tenant fully explain their si...de, my side, cut me half way and said "I have many more cases to hear, your done, award judgement , blah , blah Ask me 1 question,"did you visit your tenants home? I had a legimate adult (realtor) who was handling the problem. She was annoyed by my answer. I read it is reasonable to have a responsible adult to visit and answer to the tenant, I do not speak English fluently There was no review of evidence, I dont think Hon. Mocciaro read or reviewed any evidence, since none was even discussed. What a rip in our justice system with this temp judge. This is my experience with this attorney.
