Ray Kermani

Working with Kermani LLP was great. I have never been in an accident before that required any type of medical attention. In fact, I've never really been hurt my entire life. So when I was in an accident as the passenger riding in the back seat of an UBER I was lost. Not only did I have no idea about ...what to do in terms of rehabilitation, what doctors to see etc., I had no idea how getting my medical bills taken care of was going to work out. Kermani LLP was their every step of the way to make sure the medical rehab side along with keeping track of medical bills etc were taken care of. This allowed me to focus 100% on getting better which was my main goal and objective. Considering I've never been hurt before, I thought I could just go back to work, no big deal. Well that was not the case. I tried, but I was just in a lot of pain. This caused my performance and output to suffer. I had to take off much more time than I originally expected. My injuries were severe enough to where my rehab took over a year to complete to where I was feeling good again. I don't remember how many chiropractic visits and injections and well I did everything possible to make sure that my chances of recovery were optimal. As you can imagine, the bills piled up. Medical treatment is not cheap. Kermani LLP's team of lawyer assured me everything was being taken care of and to focus on getting better. This reassurance allowed me to have way less stress about medical bills and spend much more time taking care of myself. Next step was the settlement process. While I don't know exactly how negotiations work in this type of situation, I do know that each party is obviously going to work in their own benefit. I was glad to have Kermani LLP working on my side. They fought through offers that would have been less than optimal for my personal situation considering the amount of time I missed working and also the amount of medical bills I had accrued. I'm told lesser firms would have settled and not fought quite as hard. While I can't confirm that of course, I can say that I am very happy with Kermani LLP's team that worked diligently to get me a fair settlement.
