Brian T. Murray

Brian Murray is one of the most experienced Lemon Law attorneys in Santa Monica, CA. He was hired as trial counsel for almost every major Lemon Law firm in California. Brian served as trial counsel against almost every manufacturer and distributor of motor vehicles in California. Brian won six-figure jury verdicts in Lemon Law cases against defendants in both State and Federal courts.

For the past ten years, Brian was the Managing Attorney at California Consumer Attorneys, P.C. (formerly The Law Offices of Michael Rosenstein). Brian litigated hundreds of Lemon Law cases from start to finish and tried dozens of jury trials.

Brian graduated cum laude from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Acting. Brian went on to obtain his Juris Doctor Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and his Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Brian was the Managing Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal, an extern to the Honorable Barry Russell of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and an intern at the United States Department of Justice.
