This attorney was to be the hired gun to scare off the other side. He ended up costing tens of thousands of dollars in what I later discovered were wasted motions and discovery battles over minutia. I wanted to settle the case and he continued to fight well after we could have settled for what woul...d have been acceptable. I will say in the end it worked out for me, but Woods is much too aggressive and was not responsive to my requests to not blow this case up. For example, in business you sometimes have to continue to deal with persons you previously had a disagreement with. Woods burned too many bridges which has cost me a lot of additional money after resolution of the first dispute. Do not hire him.
