Biography
Serena Aisenman received her JD from UC Hastings College of the Law. She graduated in the top 1% of her class and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Senior Judge Charles Breyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. During her time in law school, Serena served as an executive editor of the Women’s Law Journal, a volunteer at a low-income legal referral clinic, a teaching assistant, a research assistant, and a member of the honor society.
Serena started her legal career practicing corporate law, focusing on employer-sponsored benefit plans and ERISA compliance. She transitioned to consumer protection in 2019 and has never looked back. With experience litigating and settling cases, as well as writing and negotiating demand letters, Serena can help you fight for the justice you deserve.
