Represent clients on all types of entertainment projects (film, television, music, new media, etc.) with respect to transactional and production matters (I do not represent talent). Counsel production companies, independent film companies, media companies and the like on film projects, joint ventures, licensing, branding, etc.

Work extensively on all types of Real Estate transactions including real estate purchases, financings, acquisitions, joint ventures and many others. Counsel clients on title issues, EB-5 and other alternative financing methods, leasing and other real estate-related transactional matters.

Represent clients in connection with private securities offerings (I do very little public work) including Private Placements, Bond Transactions and other financings as well.

General corporate practice including representing companies from formation through dissolution and everything in between. Act as outside general counsel for many clients
