Nathan Nima Shamtoub

Nathan Nima Shamtoub is the Managing Partner and Lead Attorney of Highland Legal Group, PC, in Santa Monica, where he represents clients in personal injury and employment matters. He has recovered more than $10 million in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Before Highland Legal Group, Nathan was a litigation associate at Wilshire Law Firm, where he handled class action and personal injury cases. He worked on the firm's class action lawsuits against Apple over the water resistance of its iPhones and its advertised cost-sharing programs. Earlier in his career, he worked in finance and equity research, which gives him a sharp analytical approach to case strategy and valuation.

Nathan earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he wrote for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, led the Harvard Law and Technology Society, and helped develop intellectual property law courses for the Harvard Biotechnology Club with Morrison & Foerster. He holds degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and attended Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles. He is a member of CAALA, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the California Lawyers Association, and the Harvard Club of Southern California.
