Aaron Scott Goldberg

Aaron S. Goldberg is the Founder and Managing Partner of ASG Law Offices.  Getting his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley in 2000, and his law degree at Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2003, Mr. Goldberg became a member of the California State Bar in June 2003, and is an active member of all four United States Federal District Courts in California.

First practicing in the area of personal injury litigation, Mr. Goldberg learned the ropes from his father, Lawrence A. Goldberg, a specialist in the personal injury law field.  With a desire to broaden his experience into different areas of law in order to one day open his own practice, Mr. Goldberg began working at Kahn & Associates, LLC, a national law firm focusing on consumer litigation.

At Kahn & Associates, Mr. Goldberg spent three years aggressively defending the rights of consumers against the big manufacturing corporations, focusing most of his efforts on product defects as well as breach of warranty, commonly referred to as “Lemon Law” cases.

In 2008, Mr. Goldberg became the lead attorney for the California offices of Kahn & Associates, overseeing all litigation matters throughout the state.  And in 2010, Mr. Goldberg branched out and formed ASG Law Offices, a consumer litigation firm focusing on “Lemon Law,” personal injury, and securities law.

Mr. Goldberg is based in Los Angeles but travels extensively throughout the state in order to represent clients in northern and central California.
