John Hardy brings more than 23 years of civil litigation experience representing clients across California. His practice includes business, real estate, employment, personal injury, and estate matters.

With over two decades of distinguished legal experience, John Hardy is a seasoned California civil litigation attorney at Wade Law Group. Since beginning his legal career in 2003 at a midsize firm, John has developed a comprehensive expertise in civil litigation, shaped by mentorship from some of the most accomplished trial attorneys and members of the American Board of Trial Advocates who influenced his advocacy and approach to client representation.

Over the course of his career, John has advocated for a wide-ranging clientele, from private individuals and community members to public entities like the County of Los Angeles and the State of California, as well as governors and leading figures in the business world. His extensive legal background encompasses matters involving personal injury, real estate, construction defect, employment law, medical malpractice, business disputes, and estate issues. John has achieved successful outcomes for clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides, demonstrating versatility and depth across the civil litigation spectrum.

In addition to his private practice, John served as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation, presiding over impound hearings and appeals. He further expanded his litigation expertise in both federal and state courts as part of one of the nation’s top 20 largest law firms, before founding his own firm in 2011.

John has been a licensed real estate broker since 1997, and this experience allows him to leverage his unique background to provide clients with strategic advantages in legal matters involving real estate, contracts, business litigation as well as construction defect cases.
