Scott has help me out on many occasions. The one that matter the most to me was he won us a case on an unlawful detainer case. That case was a nightmare, where the tenants won't pay and wouldn't leave the property. Worst part was the tenants were someone close to me and my wife, so it was a very emo...tional case.
