William Foster Clark

William Foster Clark represented our HOA association in fighting a building-defect lawsuit with the builder. He led us in a path that he can make huge living from us but yielding very disappointing result. At the end we have paid him more than $400,000. We only received a settlement of $850,000 no...t the $2 million that he made us believing at the first place. After we take a deep look into the case, this whole thing can be done within ~$100,000 if he led us in a reasonable way as ointed out by our legal consultant. We stop using him. We wrote our own statement of the work and repair contract. This way we kept him from leading us to a wrong direction again.
