I'm admitted in California and New York and have over 14 years’ experience representing corporate and individual clients. For the past few years I've worked with a number of cannabis companies in California and other states, along with representing businesses in more traditional industries. I have experience with corporate governance, commercial transactions, regulations, licensing, and intellectual property, among other areas, and I often provide services as an outside general counsel to startup and established businesses. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my partner Marianne, step-daughter Audrey, and puppy Delilah.
