Practical everyday experience dealing with corporate employee legal and personnel issues including compliance with labor laws in multiple states, leaves of absence, workplace injuries, workplace policies and procedures, terminations, benefits, and pay programs.

Extensive experience throughout China, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe negotiating and drafting of manufacturing and distribution agreements, tariff regulations and investigations before the ITC and DOC, US Customs issues, arbitrations in China.

Represent clients on both the buy and sell side of mergers and acquisitions, including various shareholder structures, leasebacks, and long-term buy-outs. Specialization in selling Veterinary and Animal hospitals.
